Anne-Claire McAllister, President

Anne-Claire McAllister, Microsoft Certified professional, founded Accountnet, Inc., in November 1996 with John C. Peace. Anne-Claire has been involved with Solomon Software, Great Plains Software and Dynamics since 2004 and has maintained Gold Level reseller status and Systems Integrator consultant status since the inception of these designations.
Anne-Claire has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Bucknell University and a master of science from New York University. She is the treasurer of the New York City chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. Anne-Claire heads the consulting area of the practice and determines the business and technical requirements during the pre-sales process, then enables a smooth transition of this data with her team so the project can get off to a running start. This process ensures not only quality implementation but success for all involved. The consulting philosophy and implementation methodology is termed “Go Forward” and has various levels of preparation and documentation for quality led professional services. It not only comprises of the Microsoft Sure Step certification, for Accountnet’s team members, it has also led the team with successful implementations and integrations. Ultimately enabling the end user to get more out of the system, and to be going live faster.
John Peace, COO

John C. Peace is Accountnet’s managing director and Microsoft Certified professional. His background includes experience as a new business creative in a top 10 worldwide advertising agency, Darcy Masius Benton and Bowles. John heads the marketing and sales team and works with Microsoft when organizing ongoing events and shows.
John contacts customers to emphasize training and proper version enablement and trained on the proper versions of Dynamics. His team sends newsletters to customers and potential customers, and he is the initial point of contact for all new customers. He has developed, along with Anne-Claire McAllister, the Extended Relationship Analysis, or ERA, needs assessment that Accountnet provides for potential clients. He also initiated the ATR, in advance of new sales, and sometimes- without any sales goals in mind. This is whereas Accountnet does an accounting technical review, and sometimes is a chart of accounts analysis only. The ATR varies from client to client. John is highly concerned about customer satisfaction, and he has close associations with all clients.
Accountnet’s philanthropic efforts include annual gift giving to non-profit organizations that we provide technical support to on a daily basis.
